先兆流产是孕期最常见的一种并发症,据流行病学调查其发病率高达10%~15%,属于中医学中的"胎漏、胎动不安"、"妊娠腹痛"等范畴.导致胎漏、胎动不安的主要病机是冲任受损、胎元不固.常见分型有肾虚、血热、气血虚弱和血瘀型[1].但临床上以肾虚血瘀型最为常见,现就近年来临床上用补肾祛瘀法治疗肾虚血瘀型先兆流产的研究进展作综述.
先兆流產是孕期最常見的一種併髮癥,據流行病學調查其髮病率高達10%~15%,屬于中醫學中的"胎漏、胎動不安"、"妊娠腹痛"等範疇.導緻胎漏、胎動不安的主要病機是遲任受損、胎元不固.常見分型有腎虛、血熱、氣血虛弱和血瘀型[1].但臨床上以腎虛血瘀型最為常見,現就近年來臨床上用補腎祛瘀法治療腎虛血瘀型先兆流產的研究進展作綜述.
