目的:通过对贵州省女性医生婚姻满意度的调查研究,了解该群体的婚姻状况,分析各相关因素。方法2013年3~7月采用Olson婚姻质量问卷对贵州省205名女性医生进行婚姻满意度测评。结果贵州省205名已婚女性医生婚姻满意度低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);婚龄在1~5年的女性医生其婚姻满意度得分较婚龄大于5~10年的高,二级、三级医院女性医生婚姻满意度得分较一级医院低,口腔科女性医生婚姻满意度得分低于急诊科、外科、医技科,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贵州省女性医生婚姻满意度较低,应引进员工支持计划,开展婚姻咨询。

목적:통과대귀주성녀성의생혼인만의도적조사연구,료해해군체적혼인상황,분석각상관인소。방법2013년3~7월채용Olson혼인질량문권대귀주성205명녀성의생진행혼인만의도측평。결과귀주성205명이혼녀성의생혼인만의도저우전국상모,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);혼령재1~5년적녀성의생기혼인만의도득분교혼령대우5~10년적고,이급、삼급의원녀성의생혼인만의도득분교일급의원저,구강과녀성의생혼인만의도득분저우급진과、외과、의기과,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론귀주성녀성의생혼인만의도교저,응인진원공지지계화,개전혼인자순。
Objective To understand the marital status of female doctors and to analyze its related factors by investigat-ing their marital satisfaction. Methods The Olson marital quality questionnaire was adopted to evaluate the marital satisfaction among 205 female doctors in Guizhou province. Results The marital satisfaction among 205 female doctors in Guizhou province was lower than that in the national norm,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the marital satisfaction score in the female doctors with marriage age of 1-5 years were higher than those with marriage age more than 5-10 years ,the marital satisfac-tion score of the female doctors in the second grade and tertiary hospitals were lower than those in the first-level hospitals,the mar-ital satisfaction score in the stomatological female doctors were lower than those in emergency ,surgical and medical department female doctors. Conclusion The female doctors in Guizhou province have lower marital satisfaction. Therefore the employee support plan should be introduced and the marriage counseling should be carried out.
