随着社会对老年服务与管理专业学生素质要求的提高，人才培养模式创新已经成为老年服务与管理专业教育中一项重要课题。四川文理学院以特色学生活动为依托，提升职业道德素养：成立养老护理培训中心，提高学生养老护理技能；建立老年产业公司，促进学生综合能力培养；加强校企合作，增强学生职业适应力；筹备建立老年事业发展研究中心，不断开阔师生视野。通过一系列的探索与实践，走出了一条独具特色的老年服务与管理专业人才培养之路。

With the increasing demand for the student quality of the old service and management major, the innovation of talent cultivation model has become an important topic of the old service and management major. Taking the special student ac?tivities as the basis to improve the accomplishment of occupation, establishing the nursing training center to improve the students′nursing skills, building the old industrial company to promote the students′ comprehensive ability, strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises to strengthen students′ adaptability of occupation, authorities are looking to set up a research center of ageing to open the view of teachers and students. Through the exploration and practice, Sichuan university of arts and science has formed a unique training mode of elderly service and management professionals.
