近年来由广场舞噪音扰民而导致的纠纷冲突事件已经在各大报刊上屡见不鲜，如何使以广场舞为例的全民健身项目得到规范管理也成为学术界讨论的热点话题。文章利用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，以广场舞纠纷事件为切入点，对健身人群热爱跳广场舞的原因进行分析，并对目前全民健身运动中所存在的问题提出建议，希望对全民健身运动的管理和发展提供相关理论方面的帮助。

Disputes and conflicts arising from the noise of square dance have been commonly seen in newspapers and magazines in recent years. It has been a hot topic in the academic circles that how to manage national fitness projects in a standard way based on the case of square dance. This paper investigates the disputes of square dance and analyzes reasons of fitness groups’ passion for square dance by taking methods of literature review and logical analysis. What is more, it proposes suggestions for the problems in national fitness campaign, hoping that theoretical assistance is given to the management and development of national fitness campaign.
