目的 通过《儿科高级生命支持》(PALS)培训课程,了解在培训前后全疆医护人员掌握早期评估和正确处理儿童急、危重症的救治能力,评价培训的效果和推广《儿科高级生命支持》(PALS)培训课程的意义和必要性.方法 以《儿科高级生命支持》课本为统一教材,通过理论授课及分组情景模拟训练使学员掌握儿科急救技能,统一填写调查表并进行严格的理论和操作考试,统计分析所得资料.结果 全体医师护士学员在培训后的理论考试成绩分别为[(88.9±9.3、88.6±8.6)分],明显高于培训前的考试成绩[(60.3±7.5、50.7±5.8)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);学员对培训班的实用性、新颖性及拓宽知识面的满意度均在80%以上.结论 PALS培训课程对儿科医护人员临床救治危重症儿童起到积极指导作用.提高了儿科医生和护士对危重症患儿的识别和救治能力,在全疆全面推广《儿科高级生命支持》(PALS)培训课程,建立《儿科高级生命支持》(PALS)培训基地具有十分重要的意义和必要性.

목적 통과《인과고급생명지지》(PALS)배훈과정,료해재배훈전후전강의호인원장악조기평고화정학처리인동급、위중증적구치능력,평개배훈적효과화추엄《인과고급생명지지》(PALS)배훈과정적의의화필요성.방법 이《인과고급생명지지》과본위통일교재,통과이론수과급분조정경모의훈련사학원장악인과급구기능,통일전사조사표병진행엄격적이론화조작고시,통계분석소득자료.결과 전체의사호사학원재배훈후적이론고시성적분별위[(88.9±9.3、88.6±8.6)분],명현고우배훈전적고시성적[(60.3±7.5、50.7±5.8)분],차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);학원대배훈반적실용성、신영성급탁관지식면적만의도균재80%이상.결론 PALS배훈과정대인과의호인원림상구치위중증인동기도적겁지도작용.제고료인과의생화호사대위중증환인적식별화구치능력,재전강전면추엄《인과고급생명지지》(PALS)배훈과정,건립《인과고급생명지지》(PALS)배훈기지구유십분중요적의의화필요성.
Objective through the pediatric advanced life support (PALS) training courses, make the medical staff master early assessment and treatment of acute and criticalchildren, evaluate training effect before and after the trainingandthe significance and necessity of training courses of the pediatric advanced life support ( PALS). Methods to unified teaching materials for the textbook about pediatric advanced life support, through the theoretical teaching and pediatric emergency group scene simulation training to make students master skills, unified fill in the questionnaire and carry on the strict theory and operation test, statistical analysis of the data. Results all the students in the theory exam after the training, respectively [(88.9+/-9.3, 9.3+/-8.6)], significantly higher than the training before examination results [(60.3+/-7.5, 7.5+/-5.8)], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);Students of practicality, novelty, and broaden the knowledge of training satisfaction are above 80%. Conclusion PALS training course of pediatric in clinical treatment about critically ill children plays a positive guiding role and improves ability of the pediatric doctors and nurses to the recognize and treat the critically ill children. It has the very vital significance and the necessity to establish the pediatric advanced life support (' PALS) training basein Xinjiang.
