为了更准确地了解公共建筑夏季动态负荷变化及大空间气流组织与温度分布,为空调设备选型及空调通风设计提供依据,使其满足绿色建筑设计的各项指标及人体舒适度要求。以某大型公共建筑为例,分析了其夏季供冷期逐时冷负荷变化特性与负荷率分布特点,根据分析结果进行空调动力站设备选型,较大幅度地提高了空调动力站的运行能效;利用 CFD 软件模拟了室内气流组织与温度场分布,为空调通风设计提供了理论依据,从而也为大型公建的设计提供了一套可实际操作的方法。

In order to understand the changes of dynamic load and the air distribution more accurately in large spaces, so as to provide a basis for air conditioning equipment selection and air conditioning and ventilation making which meet the requirements of the indicators of green building design and human body comfort, some big public buildings in Yantai were utilized to analyze the characteristics of the cooling load and the distribution of load ratio. According to the results of the analysis, we carried out selection of equipment, improving the working efficiency of air conditioning system. In addition, the distribution of air velocity and temperature were simulated by CFD, providing theory basic for the design of air conditioning and ventilation and a set of practical design methods for large public buildings.
