宏观经济学是一门学员认为难学、教师认为难教的课程。宏观经济学的三重使命决定了MBA教学中重在培养学员的经济视野、洞察力和逻辑思维能力,MBA宏观经济学的四大教学目标定位使得其教学理念的进一步提升和凝练具有现实迫切性。提出MBA宏观经济学应立足于能力导向确立一种五位一体式的“Multi”教学理念,该理念的实施是一个多主体参与互动的过程。

Macroeconomics is difficult to teach for teachers and it is also not easy to understand for MBA students. Three main tasks of macroeconomics should be mentioned first. The important thing in teaching macroeconomics for MBA lies in expanding their knowledge vision, insights and logic thinking. Currently, domestic teaching philosophy for MBA needs to be enhanced in terms of quadruplicate objectives of teaching macroeconomics. The author argues that teachers should recognize its capablility orientation in teaching macroeconomics for MBA, and thus establishing a kind of teaching philosophy, which is named″multi″. To practice this, the process of many agents′participation matters.
