目的：通过对40例晚期血吸虫肝病腹水型患者采用益气活血中药进行治疗，观察该方法的治疗效果，以及对患者肝硬度、白细胞介素10的影响。方法：对照组采用基本的晚期血吸虫腹水型治疗方法，治疗组加用生脉注射液和和丹参酮Ⅱ磺酸钠治疗，共15 d。结果：治疗组的总体疗效较对照组有显著提高（P＜0．05），肝硬度较治疗前显著下降（P＜0．05），IL‐10较治疗前显著升高（P＜0．05）。而对照组的肝硬度和IL‐10未见明显变化（P＞0．05）。结论：益气活血法能降低晚期血吸虫肝病腹水型的肝硬度，提高IL‐10水平，并提高临床疗效。
목적：통과대40례만기혈흡충간병복수형환자채용익기활혈중약진행치료，관찰해방법적치료효과，이급대환자간경도、백세포개소10적영향。방법：대조조채용기본적만기혈흡충복수형치료방법，치료조가용생맥주사액화화단삼동Ⅱ광산납치료，공15 d。결과：치료조적총체료효교대조조유현저제고（P＜0．05），간경도교치료전현저하강（P＜0．05），IL‐10교치료전현저승고（P＜0．05）。이대조조적간경도화IL‐10미견명현변화（P＞0．05）。결론：익기활혈법능강저만기혈흡충간병복수형적간경도，제고IL‐10수평，병제고림상료효。
Objective:To evaluate the YiQiHuoXue therapies clinical efficiency in the treatment of ascites in late schistosomiasis .Methods :A total of 40 ascites in late schistosomiasis patients were selected into a treatment group and 20 cases of ascites in late schistosomiasis patients were selected into a control group .The patients in the treatment group re‐ceived tanshinone IIA sulfonate and Shengmai injection for 15 days ,and all the patients received the conventional liverpro‐tecting treatment for 15 days .Results :After the treatments ,the total clinical efficiency of Yiqi Huoxue therapies was bet‐ter than conventional liver protecting treatment .Liver stiffness value of the treatment group decrease significantly than control group(P<0 .05) .and the serum interleukin‐10 levels in the treatment group increase significantly than that of the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion :It suggests that Yiqi Huoxue therapies in the treatment of ascites in late schistoso‐miasis can improve the total clinical efficiency ,decrease the liver stiffness level ,and increase the serum interleukin‐10 lev‐els .
