为了解和掌握制丝生产叶丝暂存工序对制丝卷烟加工质量的影响,利用A卷烟牌号叶丝进行叶丝暂存处理及未经叶丝暂存方式处理,分别对两种处理方式混丝加香出口烟丝进行取样,检测样品烟丝整丝率、碎丝率及填充值,并收集试验批次烟丝的水分标准偏差,梗丝掺配精度数据,利用方差分析法对两种处理方式叶丝工艺质量指标进行分析.结果表明,叶丝暂存工序对烟丝整丝率具有显著影响,经过叶丝暂存处理后的烟丝整丝率下降明显,叶丝暂存工序对烟丝碎丝率、填充值影响不显著;叶丝暂存工序对混丝加香出口烟丝水分标准偏差影响显著,经过叶丝暂存工序处理后烟丝水分标准偏差降低显著,说明烟丝水分稳定性有所提高;叶丝暂存工序对梗丝掺兑精度没有显著影响.

In order to understand and grasp the influence of silk production cut tobacco storage process on the machining quality of the cigarette silk making using a cigarette brands silk leaves of tobacco leaves and temporary storage processing and not processed by the leaf silk of temporary, were of two kinds of mixed perfuming exports tobacco samples, samples of whole cut rate, broken wire rate and filling value, and collect the water standard deviation of the test batches of tobacco, stalk silk blending precision data using analysis of variance to analyze two kinds of leaf silk process quality index. Results show that tobacco storage process of whole cut rate has a significant impact, after temporary leaf silk processing after the whole cut rate decreased significantly, leaf silk temporary process of tobacco shred rate, filling value does not have a significant impact; leaf silk temporary process of perfuming exports of cut tobacco moisture standard deviation affecting coagulation significantly, after silk leaves temporary working procedure after treatment were significantly lower standard deviation of cut tobacco moisture that improved stability of cut tobacco moisture; temporary process of silk leaves the stalk silk blending precision did not significantly affect.
