目的探讨在新鲜IVF周期中,加精后不同时间拆卵对胚胎发育的影响.方法回顾性分析2014年6月~2014年11月在本生殖中心进行新鲜IVF周期的228例患者,将每位患者的卵子随机分为2组(A组和B组).A组在加精4 h后拆除颗粒细胞并观察极体排出;B组将所剩余的受精卵在加精4 h后从受精液滴中捞出,直接移入卵裂培养基中14 h后再拆除颗粒细胞.对比两组之间的受精率,正常受精率,多精受精率,可利用胚胎率,优质胚胎率和临床妊娠率.结果两组之间的受精率,正常受精率,多精受精率,可利用胚胎率,优质胚胎率和临床妊娠率差异不显著(P>0.05).结论在受精4 h后对部分受精卵拆除颗粒细胞观察极体排出情况,既能避免其受精率低下和受精障碍的发生,也探讨了一种新的方法.
목적 탐토재신선IVF주기중,가정후불동시간탁란대배태발육적영향.방법 회고성분석2014년6월~2014년11월재본생식중심진행신선IVF주기적228례환자,장매위환자적란자수궤분위2조(A조화B조).A조재가정4 h후탁제과립세포병관찰겁체배출;B조장소잉여적수정란재가정4 h후종수정액적중로출,직접이입란렬배양기중14 h후재탁제과립세포.대비량조지간적수정솔,정상수정솔,다정수정솔,가이용배태솔,우질배태솔화림상임신솔.결과 량조지간적수정솔,정상수정솔,다정수정솔,가이용배태솔,우질배태솔화림상임신솔차이불현저(P>0.05).결론 재수정4 h후대부분수정란탁제과립세포관찰겁체배출정황,기능피면기수정솔저하화수정장애적발생,야탐토료일충신적방법.
Objective The aim of this study was to discuss the influence of different denuding time to embryonic development after add to sperm in the fresh IVF cycle. Methods The retrospective analysis fresh IVF cycle of 228 therapy patients by assisted reproduction treatment in June 2014 to November 2014, Each patient eggs were randomly divided into two groups (A group and B group). (A group) It observes polar body that eggs was denuded after add to sperm four hours; (B group) the rest of the eggs move into fresh mediumin four hours, stripping granular cell after 14 hours(next day). The outcome of two groups was evaluated by fertilization rate,normal fertilization rate, polyspermy rate, the proportion of available embryos, high quality embryos rate and clinical pregnancy rate. Results It did not show significant difference in fertilization rate,normal fertilization rate,polyspermy rate, the proportion of available embryos, high quality embryos rate and clinical pregnancy rate(P>0.05). Conclusion This method that denuding observes polar bodyafter add to sperm is not only can avoid the low of the fertility rate and fertilization disorder, but also can ensure interests of patients.
