采用沉淀法制备了不同Cu含量的Cu/ZnO复合氧化物光催化剂,并用于光催化降解糖蜜酒精废水的反应中,考察了Cu掺杂量,催化剂用量,溶液pH值,双氧水用量,对糖蜜酒精废水脱色率的影响.研究表明,Cu/ZnO复合氧化物光催化剂能有效的光催化降解糖蜜酒精废水,当Cu掺杂量为摩尔分数2%时,Cu/ZnO复合氧化物光催化剂的光催化效果达到最佳,在2% Cu/ZnO催化剂用量为2.0 g/L,废水自然pH条件下,光催化降解150 min,糖蜜酒精废水脱色率为75.5%.

Cu/ZnO composite oxide photocatalyst with different Cu amount was prepared by precipitation, and was used for photocatalytic degradation of molasses fermentation wastewater. The influences of Cu doping amount, catalyst dosage, pH of molasses fermentation wastewater and hydrogen peroxide dosage on the decolorization of molasses fermentation wastewater were investigated. The results show that the molasses fermentation wastewater was photocatalytic degradation by Cu/ZnO composite oxide photocatalyst effectively, when doped mole fraction of Cu was 2%, the photocatalytic activity of Cu/ZnO composite oxide photocatalyst is the best. When the 2% Cu/ZnO catalyst is 2.0 g/L, natural pH of wastewater, photocatalytic degradation for 150 min, the decolourization of molasses fermentation wastewater was 75.5%.
