六孔球是一项新兴的体育运动项目，集羽毛球、网球和乒乓球等运动项目的动作技术和规则融于一体，适合大学生室内开展，能够满足不同喜好大学生健身的需要，技巧性重于体能性特点决定了六孔球运动的趣味性和娱乐性。根据开展六孔球存在的困难，提出了可借助其它场地资源进行六孔球运动，加大宣传力度，开展校内六孔球比赛等对策。

Six holes ball is a new sports item,integrated by the techniques and rules of badminton,tennis,table tennis and other sports.It is suitable for college students to carry out in the dormitory,which can satisfy college students′preferences for the fitness.The characteristic that the technique is more important than physical ability makes it fun and entertaining.The six holes ball introduced by college is possibly limited by the field,however,this can be made up for by auxiliary means of practice for badminton and tennis.
