City earthquake emergency database is not only the basis of seismological departments at all levels to carry out emergency work, but also the basic guarantee of all levels of government to fulfill the functions of earthquake emergency command. This paper also discusses the key technology of data acquisition, storage and update the. Practical application of Fuzhou proves that database construction method of earthquake emergency which is discussed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of lack of earthquake data of emergency command system.
