Carbapenems are considered to be the important drugs against serious infections with gram negative bacteria,but the presence of resistant bacteria with carbapenemases leades to carbapenem resistance which caused the lack of clinical medication and easily leades to treatment failure.The article summarizes the detection method in the laboratory and clinical treatment of resistant bacteria with carbapenemases.
