本文采用分层与PPS抽样相结合的调查方法对杭州低碳科技馆6000名公民的低碳科技素质现状进行了问卷调查,重点分析描述了公民的低碳科技素质水平和状况,公民对环境污染问题的兴趣程度和获取低碳科技信息的渠道等,并对影响公民低碳科技素质变化等因素进行了分析.最后,通过调查提出提升公民低碳科技素质的长效机制建设策略,达到提升公民素质和倡导低碳生活方式的效果.

This paper conducts a survey among 6000 citizens of Low Carbon Science and Technology Muse-um in Hangzhou by using the method of stratified and PPS sampling.The paper mainly describes the level and sta-tus of citizens'' low-carbon science and technology quality,and analyzes the factors which affect the change of their quality,such as citizens'' interest level for the environment pollution,the way to obtain the information and etc..Fi-nally,the paper proposes the long-term construction strategy to develop the quality of low-carbon science and tech-nology,in order to improve the quality of citizens and promote the low-carbon lifestyle.
