随着网络技术与学习资源的深度结合,共享型专业教学资源库不仅是教育信息化的核心部分,也已成为评价教育信息化建设绩效的重要标志.本文以高等职业教育专业教学资源库为例,通过引入用户使用效果模型,建立用户满意度的共享型专业教学资源库评价方案,力求改变过去专业教学资源"重建设、轻应用"的现状,促进教学资源库建设和应用水平,推进人才培养质量不断提高.

With the deep combination of the network technology and learning resources,the sharing teaching resources library is not only the core of the education information,but also has become an important symbol of the performance evaluation of education informationization.This paper,by taking higher vocational education profes-sional teaching resource library as an example,introduces the using effect model,and establishes the evaluation program of user''s satisfaction,which strives to change the status quo of "reconstruction,light application" in past professional teaching resources,promotes the construction and application of teaching resources,and improves the quality of personnel training.
