目的:通过分析64排CTA头颈部血管中颈动脉斑块的成像特点,研究其与前循环缺血性脑梗死的相关性. 方法:选取于我院临床诊断为急性前循环缺血性脑梗死的患者50例,作为观察组,同期选择健康志愿者50例,作为对照组. 两组分别行头颈部CTA检查,比较两组颈动脉斑块发生率、斑块发生部位. 结果:观察组颈动脉斑块发生率高于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组及对照组颈动脉斑块均以钙化性斑块为主,大部分位于颈动脉分叉处,观察组非钙化性斑块及溃疡型斑块的检出率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论:头颈部CTA检查利于早期发现颈部血管斑块,通过对斑块的性质、部位的特点分析有助于早期预防缺血性脑梗死,值得临床上推广.

Objective :Through the analysis of 64 rows of CTA in the head and neck vascular imaging characteristics of carotid plaques, study its correlation with former cycle, ischemic cerebral infarction. Method :Selection in our hospital clinical diagnosis of 50 patients with acute anterior circulation of ischemic cerebral infarction, as observation group, at the same time choose 50 cases of healthy volunteers, as control group. Two groups of patients were separately for head and neck CTA examination, compare two groups the incidence of carotid plaque, the plaque location. Results Observation group the incidence of carotid plaques is higher than the control group, the obvious differences, statistically significant (P<0.05); Observation:Group and control group in carotid plaques were to calcified plaque is given priority to, mostly in the carotid bifurcation, observation group of non calcified plaque and ulcer plaque detection rate is significantly higher than the control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion the head and neck CTA inspection for the early detection of cervical vascular patches, through the analysis of the characteristics of the nature of the plaques, place is helpful to early prevention of ischemic cerebral infarction, worth clinical promotion.
