目的:探讨益母草颗粒剂的制备工艺.方法:用正交法确定益母草颗粒剂的最佳制备工艺条件,在此基础上,加入新型的甜味剂,制成颗粒剂.结果:在益母草水煎液、浸膏剂型的基础上加入适量的糊精和罗汉果苷,以80%的乙醇溶液为湿润剂制成颗粒,干燥,便可得到益母草颗粒剂. 结论:用这种方法制成的益母草颗粒剂质量稳定,更加安全,可以用此制备工艺进行大批量生产.

Objective: To investigate the preparation of motherwort granules formulation. Methods: To determine the optimal preparation conditions motherwort granules by orthogonal method, on this basis, to join the new sweetener, made from granules. Results: adding an appropriate amount on the basis of motherwort decoction, extract formulations on dextrin and mogroside, with 80% ethanol solution of wetting agent particles made from dried, you can get motherwort granules. Conclusion: The quality of motherwort granules made by this method stable, more secure, you can use this preparation process for mass production.
