The rapid development of Internet technology has changed people's consumption patterns and marketing models in many industries in the 21st century, and the real estate industry is also deeply affected. In such an environment, the real estate enterprises should implement network marketing actively. In view of the problems of network marketing, some suggestions to perfect the real estate network marketing are put forward, and the future trend of real estate network marketing is predicted.
