目的:探讨对1例原发性肝癌伴HBV再激活有效的治疗方案及药学监护思路.方法:临床药师对1例原发性肝癌伴HBV再激活的药物治疗过程进行全程监护.结果:分析HBV再激活的原因,并对HBV再激活治疗的药物选择、用药时机和停药指征展开分析与讨论. 结论:临床药师必须培养临床与药学相结合的独立思维能力,以药物疗效为出发点,密切关注用药细节,确保治疗的安全性和有效性.

Objective:To discuss the effective therapy of primary liver cancer and HBV reactivation and the train of thought of pharmaceutical care. Methods:Clinical pharmacist implement the whole pharmaceutical care to a patient with primary liver cancer and HBV reactivation. Results:Clinical pharmacist analysze reasons of HBV reactivation. Analysis and discussion of the treatment of HBV reactivation included drug selection, timng of medication and withdrawal indications. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacist must cultivate the independent thinking ability with the combination of clinical and pharmacy, taking the curative effect as the primary starting point and paying close attention to medication details to ensure the safety and efficacy of treatment.
