目的 探讨酚酞片在胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备中的应用价值.方法 选取2010年6月至2014年4月内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的行胶囊内镜检查的患者90例,由专人按随机号将患者分为A组、B组和C组,各30例.A组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服1次行肠道准备;B组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散口服2次行肠道准备;C组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散加酚酞片行肠道准备.比较3组患者肠道清洁情况及耐受度.结果 C组肠道清洁度优良率明显高于A组[96.6%(29/30)比70.0%(21/30)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).C组患者耐受度优良率明显高于B组[86.7%(26/30)比70.0%(21/30)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胶囊内镜检查前使用复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合酚酞片进行肠道准备,患者肠道清洁度高,耐受性好.

Objective To explore the application value of phenolphthalein tablet on intestinal preparation before capsule endoscopy.Methods Ninty patients undergoing capsule endoscopy from June 2010 to April 2014 were enrolled and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C (each 30 cases).Complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was given orally once in group A,complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was given orally twice in group B,and complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with phenolphthalein tablet was given orally once in group C for intestinal preparation.The intestinal cleanliness and tolerance were compared among the three groups.Results The good rate of intestinal cleanliness in group C was higher than that in group A [96.6% (29/30) vs 70.0% (21/30)] (P <0.05);the tolerance rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group B [86.7% (26/30) vs 70.0% (21/30)] (P < 0.05).Conclusion Using phenolphthalein combined with complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder as bowel preparation method in capsule endoscopy can attain high intestinal cleanliness and the tolerance is good.
