利用乙醇溶液对中药粉葛中的葛根素进行了微波辅助提取,以葛根素含量为考察目标,系统研究了乙醇浓度、微波功率、提取时间、料液比4个因素的影响结果. 并通过L9 ( 34 )正交实验初步确定了最佳提取工艺条件为:50%乙醇,超声波功率500W,提取时间25 min,料液比1:30.

The article tries to extract puerarin from arrowroot by microwave method .Taking the content of puerarin as research object ,the article conducts a systematic research on the four influencing factors ,including ethanol concentra-tion,microwave power,extraction time and solid -liquid ratio.Through L9(34) orthogonal design.The article finds out the optimum condition is that solution of 50%ethanol,microwave power of 500W,extraction time of 25 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1:30 .
