低碳旅游已经成为国家倡导的新型旅游方式,桂西北作为欠发达民族地区,发展低碳旅游具有生态环境、低碳能源、文化环境和政策支持的优势,也存在生态系统脆弱及经济欠发达的制约因素. 根据桂西北低碳旅游发展现状,提出了政府引领低碳旅游发展、营造低碳旅游吸引物、加强低碳基础设施建设以及挖掘低碳元素引导低碳消费的发展对策.

Low carbon tourism has become a new way of tourism in China .As an underdeveloped minority area , the development of low-carbon tourism in northwest Guangxi has advantages of ecological environment ,low carbon ener-gy,cultural environment and policy support .There also exist some restraining factors ,including the fragile ecological system and the less developed economy .According to the present situation of low carbon tourism development in northwest Guangxi ,the article proposes that the government needs to guide the development of low carbon tourism , create a low carbon tourism attraction ,and improve low carbon infrastructure construction .In addition,the mining of low carbon elements will provide some countermeasures for the low carbon consumption .
