目的：探讨生长抑素治疗不完全性肠梗阻的作用。方法：收治不完全性肠梗阻患者168例，随机分为对照组及治疗组各84例，对照组给予保守治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合生长抑素治疗。结果：治疗组治愈率(73.81%)明显优于对照组(60.71%)，且P＜0.05。结论：生长抑素在不完全性肠梗阻治疗中有确切的辅助治疗作用，能够提高治愈率。

목적：탐토생장억소치료불완전성장경조적작용。방법：수치불완전성장경조환자168례，수궤분위대조조급치료조각84례，대조조급여보수치료，치료조재대조조기출상연합생장억소치료。결과：치료조치유솔(73.81%)명현우우대조조(60.71%)，차P＜0.05。결론：생장억소재불완전성장경조치료중유학절적보조치료작용，능구제고치유솔。
Objective:To investigate the effect of somatostatin in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods:168 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 84 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given conservative treatment,while the treatment group were treated with somatostatin combined with the treatment given by the control group.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group(73.81%) was significantly better than that of the control group(60.71%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Somatostatin has definitely adjuvant effect in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction,which can improve the cure rate.
