目的：探讨联合手术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果。方法：收治白内障合并青光眼患者90例。首先行超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入术，随后行小梁切除术。结果：90例患者术后眼压和视力明显好转，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入术联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼疗效显著。
目的：探討聯閤手術治療白內障閤併青光眼的臨床效果。方法：收治白內障閤併青光眼患者90例。首先行超聲乳化白內障吸除人工晶狀體植入術，隨後行小樑切除術。結果：90例患者術後眼壓和視力明顯好轉，與治療前比較，差異有統計學意義(P＜0.05)。結論：超聲乳化白內障吸除人工晶狀體植入術聯閤小樑切除術治療白內障閤併青光眼療效顯著。
목적：탐토연합수술치료백내장합병청광안적림상효과。방법：수치백내장합병청광안환자90례。수선행초성유화백내장흡제인공정상체식입술，수후행소량절제술。결과：90례환자술후안압화시력명현호전，여치료전비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：초성유화백내장흡제인공정상체식입술연합소량절제술치료백내장합병청광안료효현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined surgery for the treatment of patients with cataract combined with glaucoma.Methods:90 patients with cataract combined with glaucoma were selected,first of all,we did the ultrasonic phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,and then trabeculectomy.Results:The postoperative intraocular pressure and visual acuity of 90 patients were significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasonic phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of patients with cataract combined with glaucoma is remarkable.
