以原产于神农架地区的神农香菊为研究对象,采用荧光显微镜及电子显微镜观察神农香菊表皮毛结构及腺毛密度,通过GC/MS分析腺毛分泌物。结果表明:神农香菊表皮毛的主要类型分为不具有分泌功能的T型非腺毛、具有分泌功能的头状腺毛。神农香菊叶片分别生长到3、4、5个月时,头状腺毛密度分布规律由多到少分别体现为上部叶、中部叶、下部叶;中部叶、上部叶、下部叶;中部叶、下部叶、上部叶。花部腺毛分泌物主要为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、α-水芹烯、双戊烯、樟脑、合成右旋龙脑等。

이원산우신농가지구적신농향국위연구대상,채용형광현미경급전자현미경관찰신농향국표피모결구급선모밀도,통과GC/MS분석선모분비물。결과표명:신농향국표피모적주요류형분위불구유분비공능적T형비선모、구유분비공능적두상선모。신농향국협편분별생장도3、4、5개월시,두상선모밀도분포규률유다도소분별체현위상부협、중부협、하부협;중부협、상부협、하부협;중부협、하부협、상부협。화부선모분비물주요위α-파희、β-파희、α-수근희、쌍무희、장뇌、합성우선용뇌등。
With Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum in the Shennongjia area , we used fluorescence microscope and electron microscope to observe trichome and trichome density , and analyzed the glandular hairs secretions by GC /MS.The main types of trichomes of D.indicum var.aromaticum were T type non-glandular with a secretory function , and capitate glandu-lar hairs with a secretory function .When the leaves of D.indicum var.aromaticum were grown to 3, 4 and 5 months, the capitate glandular trichome density distribution in descending order were upper leaves , middle leaves and lower leaves;middle leaves , upper leaves and lower leaves;middle leaves , lower leaves and upper leaves , respectively .The glandular in the flower secretions were α-pinene,β-pinene,α-phellandrene, dipentene, camphor, and synthetic borneol .
