目的：探讨HC可视喉镜在急诊困难气道气管插管的应用及特点。方法：选取急诊科需要行紧急气管插管的困难插管患者40例，随机分为传统光学喉镜组（A组）和H C可视喉镜组（B组），比较两组的声门暴露成功率、一次插管成功率、插管成功率以及成功插管病例的插管尝试次数和插管时间。结果：B组暴露声门的成功率高于A组（P＜0．05）；B组一次插管成功率及插管总成功率高于A组（P＜0．05）；B组成功插管的平均尝试次数少于A组（P＜0．05）；B组成功插管的平均插管时间短于A组（P＜0．05）。结论：HC可视喉镜用于急诊困难气道气管插管，可提高声门暴露成功率、缩短插管时间、减少尝试次数、提高插管成功率，可以提高困难插管的效率。
목적：탐토HC가시후경재급진곤난기도기관삽관적응용급특점。방법：선취급진과수요행긴급기관삽관적곤난삽관환자40례，수궤분위전통광학후경조（A조）화H C가시후경조（B조），비교량조적성문폭로성공솔、일차삽관성공솔、삽관성공솔이급성공삽관병례적삽관상시차수화삽관시간。결과：B조폭로성문적성공솔고우A조（P＜0．05）；B조일차삽관성공솔급삽관총성공솔고우A조（P＜0．05）；B조성공삽관적평균상시차수소우A조（P＜0．05）；B조성공삽관적평균삽관시간단우A조（P＜0．05）。결론：HC가시후경용우급진곤난기도기관삽관，가제고성문폭로성공솔、축단삽관시간、감소상시차수、제고삽관성공솔，가이제고곤난삽관적효솔。
Objective:To investigate the application and characteristics of HC visual laryngoscope in emergency tracheal intubation with difficult airway .Methods :40 patients with difficult airway ,who needed the emergency tracheal in‐tubation ,were recruited in the emergency department between January 2012 and December 2013 ,and were randomly divid‐ed into two groups .20 patients (group A) were operated with traditional laryngoscope and 20 patients (group B) with HC visual laryngoscope .To compare the success rate of glottis exposure ,the success rate of tracheal intubation ,the one‐time success rate of tracheal intubation ,the trial times of successful intubation cases and the operative time of successful intuba‐tion cases between the two groups .Results:The success rate of glottis exposure in group B was significantly higher than that in group A .The success rate and one‐time success rate of tracheal intubation in group B were significantly higher than that in group A .The trial times of successful intubation cases in group B was significantly less than those in group A .The operative time of successful intubation cases in group B was significantly less than that in group A .Conclusion:HC visual laryngoscope used in emergency tracheal intubation with difficult airway ,can increase success rate of glottis exposure ,short‐en operative time of intubation ,decrease trial times of intubation ,increase success rate of intubation and thus improve effi‐ciency of difficult intubation .
