博斯腾湖是我国最大的内陆淡水湖，也是新疆现存最大的湖泊。其旅游资源十分丰富，种类繁多，特色鲜明。博斯腾湖升级为国家5A级旅游景观区以后，得到了持续快速的发展，成为我区旅游业具有活力及开发潜力的旅游经济新增长区之一。文章对博斯腾湖旅游景区的资源优势、资源价值、旅游资源开发的影响因素及其开发利用现状进行比较分析，为了解决博斯腾湖旅游资源开发中存在的问题，并提出合理开发博斯腾湖旅游资源的提案和对策：（1）按可持续旅游发展的要求考虑问题，选择科学论证，合理开发和可持续利用的思路；（2）重视科学考察全面研究；（3）要有开发项目可行性报告，内容包括开发必要性和投资额度计划等之外，还必须通盘考虑比较长期的博斯腾湖环境保护、生态恢复方面的实施指标及其相关内容；（4）注重充分发挥博斯腾湖旅游资源的优越条件和价值；（5）应协调好博斯腾湖周围景区所属单位的关系，建立统一开发旅游资源的、协调解决问题的互相监督机制。
박사등호시아국최대적내륙담수호，야시신강현존최대적호박。기여유자원십분봉부，충류번다，특색선명。박사등호승급위국가5A급여유경관구이후，득도료지속쾌속적발전，성위아구여유업구유활력급개발잠력적여유경제신증장구지일。문장대박사등호여유경구적자원우세、자원개치、여유자원개발적영향인소급기개발이용현상진행비교분석，위료해결박사등호여유자원개발중존재적문제，병제출합리개발박사등호여유자원적제안화대책：（1）안가지속여유발전적요구고필문제，선택과학론증，합리개발화가지속이용적사로；（2）중시과학고찰전면연구；（3）요유개발항목가행성보고，내용포괄개발필요성화투자액도계화등지외，환필수통반고필비교장기적박사등호배경보호、생태회복방면적실시지표급기상관내용；（4）주중충분발휘박사등호여유자원적우월조건화개치；（5）응협조호박사등호주위경구소속단위적관계，건립통일개발여유자원적、협조해결문제적호상감독궤제。
The purpose of tourism resources development is to improve, restoration and protection of ecological environment.The development and utilization of tourism resources, and fully understand the characteristics of the first to explore the tourism resources in the resource value is very necessary.Bosten Lake is the largest inland fresh-water lake in China, and also the largest lake in Xinjiang.It has many tourism resources with a wide range of char-acteristic.After promoted to national 5 a-class tourist scenic spot, the tourism of Bosten Lake has developed rapidly and continuously, and has become one of the best tourism industry and the new economic growth point of Xinjiang. Bosten Lake is in the development stage of tourism development.Bosten Lake, situating in arid areas where ecologi-cal environment is very fragile caused by the negative influence by human activities.Therefore, the deterioration of ecological environment has been the focus of the people’ s attention.As a water activities as the main characteristics of tourism, on the water quality requirements are relatively high.The main problems in during tourism resources de-velopment of Bosten Lake including: Inadequate facilities, worse coordinated tourism resource development, Bad relation with the surrounding area, and lag development of Tourism commodity.The old way of development to the governance, will bring about the destruction of the ecological environment and tourism resources.Therefore, in this paper, the advantages, resource value, and the influence factors of tourism resource and the current situation of the development and utilization were analyzed.In order to solve the existing problems of tourism resources exploitation and utilization, this paper put forward the following proposals and countermeasures for reasonable use of tourism re-sources in Bosten Lake.(1) Problems must be considered according to the requirement of the sustainable develop-ment of tourism, choose scientific reasoning, reasonable development and sustainable utilization;(2) pay attention to scientific research and comprehensive study;( 3) the contents of the development of the feasibility report of re-search projects must be including the development of necessity and investment plan etc., and also carefully long-term characters of environmental protection and ecological restoration in the implementation of the index and its re-lated content must be considered;( 4) Pay more attention to the superior conditions and value of tourism resources of Bosten Lake;(5) The good relationship between the related departments around Bosten Lake should be estab-lished, and also the mutual supervision mechanism to solve the problem should be established.Results of the study will be helpful for developing new ideas of the integration of tourism resources of Bosten Lake, and will provide the scientific basis for the formulation of planning and development of tourism development, and also has the vital sig-nificance to the optimization and sustainable development of tourism resources in the study area.We also suggest that human activities in this area should be cautious for maintaining the sustainable development of tourisim re-sources, ecological, environmental protection in this area.
