目的：观察微型自攻空心螺钉治疗掌指骨关节内小骨折的临床效果。方法：收治掌指骨关节内小骨折患者50例，观察组给予微型自攻空心螺钉治疗，对照组给予常规治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组骨折完全愈合，未出现并发症。而对照组的愈合时间长，且出现关节僵硬以及并发症。结论：微型自攻空心螺钉治疗掌指骨关节内小骨折具有较好的临床效果，能够有效地固定骨折部位，性能安全可靠，对骨头的创伤小。
목적：관찰미형자공공심라정치료장지골관절내소골절적림상효과。방법：수치장지골관절내소골절환자50례，관찰조급여미형자공공심라정치료，대조조급여상규치료。대비량조환자적림상료효。결과：관찰조골절완전유합，미출현병발증。이대조조적유합시간장，차출현관절강경이급병발증。결론：미형자공공심라정치료장지골관절내소골절구유교호적림상효과，능구유효지고정골절부위，성능안전가고，대골두적창상소。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of miniature self-drilling hollow screw in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular small fracture.Methods:50 patients with metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular small fracture were selected.The observation group was given miniature self-drilling hollow screw treatment.The control group was given routine treatment.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The patients in the observation group had fractures united and no complications.The patients in the control group had long healing time,and joint stiffness and complications. Conclusion:The miniature self-drilling hollow screw in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular small fracture has better clinical effect,and it can effectively fixed the fracture site.It has safe and reliable performance,and small trauma of bones.
