目的：探讨微波与宫颈炎康栓联合治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法：收治宫颈糜烂患者156例，随机分成观察组和对照组各78例，对照组采用微波治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予宫颈炎康栓置于阴道后穹隆，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组的出血量、阴道流液时间和创面愈合时间均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)，观察组总有效率97.5%，明显高于对照组的76.9%(P＜0.05)。结论：微波与宫颈炎康栓联合治疗中重度宫颈糜烂疗效显著。

목적：탐토미파여궁경염강전연합치료중중도궁경미란적림상효과。방법：수치궁경미란환자156례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각78례，대조조채용미파치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여궁경염강전치우음도후궁륭，비교량조적치료효과。결과：치료후，관찰조적출혈량、음도류액시간화창면유합시간균명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)，관찰조총유효솔97.5%，명현고우대조조적76.9%(P＜0.05)。결론：미파여궁경염강전연합치료중중도궁경미란료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of microwave combined with Gong Jing Yan Kang Shuan in the treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion.Methods:156 patients with cervical erosion were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 78 cases in each.The control group were given microwave treatment,and the observation group were given Gong Jing Yan Kang Shuan in posterior vaginal fornix on the basis of the control group,then we compared two groups of treatment effect.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,amount of bleeding,vaginal flow liquid time and wound healing time were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total efficiency of 97.5% was significantly higher than 76.9% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of microwave combined with Gong Jing Yan Kang Shuan in the treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion was significant.
