目的：探讨N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗氯米芬抵抗多囊卵巢综合征促排卵治疗的有效性和安全性。方法：收治氯米芬抵抗多囊卵巢综合征患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组口服促排卵药、叶酸和氯米芬，观察组口服N-乙酰半胱氨酸，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：经过治疗，观察组成熟卵泡发育、排卵例数、妊娠例数明显高于对照组，子宫内膜厚度明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)，对照组不良反应5例(10.0%)，观察组未见不良反应(P＜0.05)。结论：N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗氯米芬抵抗多囊卵巢综合征促排卵治疗的效果显著，不良反应少，具有较好的安全性。

목적：탐토N-을선반광안산치료록미분저항다낭란소종합정촉배란치료적유효성화안전성。방법：수치록미분저항다낭란소종합정환자100례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례，대조조구복촉배란약、협산화록미분，관찰조구복N-을선반광안산，비교량조적치료효과。결과：경과치료，관찰조성숙란포발육、배란례수、임신례수명현고우대조조，자궁내막후도명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)，대조조불량반응5례(10.0%)，관찰조미견불량반응(P＜0.05)。결론：N-을선반광안산치료록미분저항다낭란소종합정촉배란치료적효과현저，불량반응소，구유교호적안전성。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of N-acetylcysteine for ovulation induction therapy of polycystic ovary syndrome with clomiphene resistant.Methods:100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with clomiphene resistant were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given promoting ovulation drugs,folic acid and clomiphene citrate.The observation group were treated with N-acetylcysteine. We compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the number of mature follicle development,ovulation cases,pregnancy cases were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,adverse reactions were observed in 5 patients(10% ),and the observation group had no adverse reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of N-acetylcysteine for ovulation induction therapy of polycystic ovary syndrome with clomiphene resistant was remarkable.The adverse reaction was little.It had good safety.
