目的：探讨自体疣植入联合重组人干扰素α-2b 凝胶治疗扁平疣的临床效果。方法：收治扁平疣患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组给予自体疣植入联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗，对照组给予单用自体疣植入治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组治愈率和有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：自体疣植入联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗扁平疣具有良好的临床效果，临床治愈率、治疗有效率非常高，安全性好。

목적：탐토자체우식입연합중조인간우소α-2b 응효치료편평우적림상효과。방법：수치편평우환자120례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각60례。관찰조급여자체우식입연합중조인간우소α-2b응효치료，대조조급여단용자체우식입치료。비교량조환자치료효과。결과：관찰조치유솔화유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：자체우식입연합중조인간우소α-2b응효치료편평우구유량호적림상효과，림상치유솔、치료유효솔비상고，안전성호。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of autologous wart implantation combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel in the treatment of flat wart.Methods:120 patients with flat wart were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The observation group was given autologous wart implantation combined with recombinant human interferon alpha -2b gel treatment.The control group was given only autologous wart implantation treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate and effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Autologous wart implantation combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel in the treatment of flat wart have a good clinical effect.The clinical cure rate and treatment effective rate are very high.The safety is good.
