目的探讨重症手足口病患者的临床特征并分析其治疗方法,提高治疗效果. 方法对我院2011年1月至2014年2月收治的110例重症手足口病患者的病历进行相关性回顾分析,观察其临床特征并分析治疗方法. 结果收治的重症手足口病患者中小于3岁的患者例数明显比其他年龄段的患者例数多,发热中39~40℃的患者例数明显比其他温度的患者例数多,神经系统症状中发生易惊、肢体抖动的患者例数明显比其他症状的患者例数多,另外,在循环及呼吸系统中四肢末梢循环差、心率及呼吸改变的患者例数明显比其他的患者例数多,(P<0.05)为差异具有统计学意义. 结论通过对我院收治的重症手足口病患者的临床特征进行分析,早期识别重症表现,给予及时的早期干预及有效的治疗是提高治疗效果、降低患者病死率的关键.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of severe hand -foot -mouth disease and analyze their treatment methods to improve the therapeutic effect .Methods During January 2011 and February 2014, the datas of 110 cases of severe hand -foot -mouth disease were reviewed and analyzed , the clinical characteristics of it was observed and the treatment method was analyzed .Results Among the patients with severe HFMD, the number of patients younger than 3 years old was significantly more than other age groups .Among the fever patients , most of them concentrated between 39 to 40℃.Symptomatic easily frightened and limb shaking were the main nervous system symptoms .In addition, Poor peripheral circulation limbs ,heart rate and respiratory changes were the main symptoms of circulatory and respiratory systems (P <0.05).Conclusions Through analyzing the clinical features of severe HFMD , we realized that early identification of severe manifestations , timely and early intervention and effective treatment were the key to reduce patient mortality .
