目的：探讨托拉塞米在妇科腹腔镜全麻苏醒期中的应用。方法：收治妇科腹腔镜手术患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予常规复苏，对照组应用托拉塞米进行复苏，比较两组的效果。结果：对照组全麻复苏时间长于观察组，两组患者术前术后电解质变化不明显。结论：托拉塞米应用在妇科腹腔镜全麻苏醒期可以缩短复苏时间，而且对电解质影响不大。
목적：탐토탁랍새미재부과복강경전마소성기중적응용。방법：수치부과복강경수술환자100례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례。관찰조급여상규복소，대조조응용탁랍새미진행복소，비교량조적효과。결과：대조조전마복소시간장우관찰조，량조환자술전술후전해질변화불명현。결론：탁랍새미응용재부과복강경전마소성기가이축단복소시간，이차대전해질영향불대。
Objective:To explore the application of torasemide in recovery period of general anesthesia of laparoscope in gynecology.Methods:100 patients with laparoscopic operation in gynecology were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The observation group were given routine resuscitation,and the control group were given torasemide recovery,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the control group,the recovery time of general anesthesia was longer than that of the observation group,and the changes of electrolytes in the two groups before and after operation were not obvious.Conclusion:The application of torasemide in recovery period of general anesthesia of laparoscope in gynecology can shorten the recovery time,and it had little effect on the electrolyte.
