以抗松材线虫病黑松（ Pinus thunebr gii）（以下简称抗性黑松）未成熟合子胚为外植体，诱导出胚性愈伤组织。对影响胚性愈伤组织诱导的因素进行研究发现，在南京地区，6月下旬至7月上旬是采集抗性黑松未成熟球果诱导胚性愈伤组织的最佳时期；抗性黑松未成熟球果在冰箱4℃冷藏7～14 d，能有效地提高胚性愈伤组织的诱导率；麦芽糖更适合抗性黑松胚性愈伤组织诱导；KT质量浓度变化对抗性黑松胚性愈伤组织诱导影响比6－BA显著，诱导抗性黑松胚性愈伤组织最佳激素组合为2，4－D 4 mg· L－1＋6－BA 2 mg· L－1或2，4－D 4 m·g L－1＋KT 1 mg· L－1。

We obtained the embryonic callus from resistant tree to Bursaphelenchus xylohp ilus of Piun st hunbergii ( hereinafter re-ferred to as nematode -resistant Pni us thunbergii ) .We studied the influence factors on embryonic callus induced .The opti-mum time to induce embryonic callus was in late June to early July in Nanjing .The cones stored in refrigerator 4℃for 7-14 days to enhance the embryonic tissue initiation .Maltose as carbon source was the most suitable for inducting embryonic callus.Effect of kinetin on embryonic callus induction was larger than 6-Benzylaminopurine, significantly.The best hor-mone combinations were 2, 4-D 4 mg/L+KT 1 mg/L and 2, 4-D 4 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L.
