目的了解患有注意缺陷多动障碍( ADHD)未成年犯罪的家庭环境,探索改善家庭环境减少未成年人犯罪. 方法选取符合精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版符合 ADHD 的未成年罪犯45名,选取相匹配的门诊ADHD未成年人50人作为对照组. 采用儿童虐待忽视量表、症状自评量表( scl-90 )进行评估. 结果虐待忽视因子在两组间有明显差异. 在抑郁、敌对因子明显差异(P<0.05),焦虑因子比较有差异更明显(P<0.01). 结论患注意缺陷多动障碍未成年罪犯家庭环境更恶劣. 而门诊阳性率也高达46%,这部分儿童是未成年犯罪的高危人群,值得社会、家庭关注. 患注意缺陷多动障碍未成年罪犯有着更为严重的心理问题,需要心理干预和治疗.

Objective To understand the family environment of Juvenile crime people who suffered attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ( ADHD ) , to explore reducing minor crime through improving family environment .Methods 45 cases of juvenile criminal those who suffered ADHD and accordance with the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders ( 4th edition ) were selected as study group , 50 people selected from the outpatient service matching the ADHD minors as control group .The child abuse neglect scale , symptom self-assessment scale ( SCL-90) were used to evaluate the conditions .Results The abuse neglect factors have obvious difference between the two groups .Hostile factor , depression and anxiety factors present obvious difference between the two groups (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusions Family environment of juvenile criminal who suffered attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is worse .And outpatient positive rate is as high as 46%, this part of the child is at a minor high -risk of crime, both society and family should concern them.And they need psychological intervention and treatment for they have more serious psychological problems .
