采用气相色谱‐质谱(G C‐M S )法对不同采收期白花延龄草根茎中的脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明,共从白花延龄草根茎中分离鉴定出23种脂肪酸,其中亚油酸的含量最高达52.24%~53.83%,其他主要脂肪酸为棕榈油酸20.14%~21.79%、油酸10.75%~12.87%、α~亚麻酸2.90%~5.60%和棕榈酸4.04%~6.77%,其不饱和脂肪酸含量高达89.97%~93.46%,并且大部分脂肪酸含量呈先降后升趋势,多以样品3的脂肪酸含量最高。
採用氣相色譜‐質譜(G C‐M S )法對不同採收期白花延齡草根莖中的脂肪痠組成進行分析。結果錶明,共從白花延齡草根莖中分離鑒定齣23種脂肪痠,其中亞油痠的含量最高達52.24%~53.83%,其他主要脂肪痠為棕櫚油痠20.14%~21.79%、油痠10.75%~12.87%、α~亞痳痠2.90%~5.60%和棕櫚痠4.04%~6.77%,其不飽和脂肪痠含量高達89.97%~93.46%,併且大部分脂肪痠含量呈先降後升趨勢,多以樣品3的脂肪痠含量最高。
채용기상색보‐질보(G C‐M S )법대불동채수기백화연령초근경중적지방산조성진행분석。결과표명,공종백화연령초근경중분리감정출23충지방산,기중아유산적함량최고체52.24%~53.83%,기타주요지방산위종려유산20.14%~21.79%、유산10.75%~12.87%、α~아마산2.90%~5.60%화종려산4.04%~6.77%,기불포화지방산함량고체89.97%~93.46%,병차대부분지방산함량정선강후승추세,다이양품3적지방산함량최고。
The composition of fatty acids in the rhizome of T .kamtschaticum pall from different harvest periods was studied by GC‐MS .The results showed that there were 23 kinds of fatty acids from the rhizome of T .kamtschaticum pall were separated and identified .The content of linoleic acid was the highest ,up to 52 .24%‐53 .83% .Other major fatty acids were palmitoleic acid 20 .14%‐21 .79% ,oleic acid 10 .75%‐12 .87% ,α‐linolenic acid 2 .90%‐5 .60% and palmitic acid 4 .04%‐6 .77% .Three samples were rich in unsaturated fatty acid with the contents of 89 .97%‐93 .46% ,and most of the fatty acid content showed a trend of dropping at first and rising later ,with the content of fatty acids in sample three was the highest .
