Environmental security is the foundation of sustainable development of social economy .With the develop-ment of economy ,the environmental security events have more important impact on people's life.In order to ensure the quality and safety of Nansi Lake ,it is an urgent need to strengthen the environmental supervision as well as to improve the emergency response ability and the emergency reference level .The article proposes several important measures from many aspects,including strengthening the organization and leadership ,perfecting the pollution accident warning mechanism ,for ming a unified co mmand ,completing functions ,building quick response mechanism ,operating an effi-cient emergency response mechanism;strengthening environmental law enforcement , combining daily inspection with spot checks;carrying out emergency drills ,improving the field monitoring ability and the equipment ,playing the role of monitoring;implementing departments linkage ,encouraging the participation of the public and the media ,publishing the companies with serious pollution ,accepting public supervision and awing the illegal polluting actions .
