目的：探讨特殊型阑尾炎的临床特点、诊断与治疗情况。方法：收治特殊类型阑尾炎患者88例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：46例老年性阑尾炎均获得准确诊断，6例保守治疗痊愈，40例行手术治疗痊愈。22例小儿急性阑尾炎3例误诊，1例保守治疗痊愈，21例手术治疗痊愈。20例妊娠阑尾炎均获得准确诊断，4例非手术治疗痊愈，16例手术治疗痊愈。结论：特殊类型阑尾炎病理生理特点及临床表现复杂，早期准确诊断并及早采取有效治疗是改善预后的关键。

목적：탐토특수형란미염적림상특점、진단여치료정황。방법：수치특수류형란미염환자88례，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：46례노년성란미염균획득준학진단，6례보수치료전유，40례행수술치료전유。22례소인급성란미염3례오진，1례보수치료전유，21례수술치료전유。20례임신란미염균획득준학진단，4례비수술치료전유，16례수술치료전유。결론：특수류형란미염병리생리특점급림상표현복잡，조기준학진단병급조채취유효치료시개선예후적관건。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of special appendicitis.Methods:88 cases of special type of appendicitis were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:46 cases of senile appendicitis were diagnosed correctly;6 cases were cured by conservative treatment;40 cases were cured by surgical treatment.In 22 cases of acute appendicitis,3 cases were misdiagnosed;1 case was cured by conservative treatment;21 cases were cured by surgical treatment.20 cases of pregnancy appendicitis were diagnosed correctly;4 cases were cured by non operative treatment;16 cases were cured by surgical treatment.Conclusion:The pathophysiology and clinical manifestations of the special type of appendicitis were complex,and early diagnosis and effective treatment were the keys to improve the prognosis.
