目的 探讨H型高血压与不稳定型心绞痛患者冠脉病变程度的相关性. 方法 收集2011年10月至20 12年10月于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院心内科入院的原发性高血压病合并不稳定型心绞痛的患者294例. 其中同型半胱氨酸( Hcy)水平≥10μmol/L为研究组,Hcy<10μmol/L为对照组. 所有患者行冠状动脉造影检查,采用酶法测定血清Hcy水平,采用Gensini冠脉评分系统对冠脉严重程度进行评价. 比较Hcy水平的差异与冠脉病变严重程度的关系. 结果 研究组中Gensini积分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 H型高血压和血清高Hcy水平均为冠心病的危险因素,两者与冠脉病变的严重程度有关.

Objective To investigate the association between H type hypertension and the degree of coronary artery lesions in patients with unstable angina .Methods We selected 294 inpatient suffered primary hypertension and coronary heart disease in the cardiology department of the third affiliated hospital of Qiqihar Medical College between October 2011 and October 2012.They were divided into H group (homocysteine (Hcy) level more than 10μmol/L,n=144) and control group (Hcy level less than 10μmol/L,n=150).All the patients underwent coronary angiography .The Hcy levels were determined using immune -assay and compared .The Gensini grading system was employed to evaluate the severity of coronary arteries .Investigate the correlation between the differences of Hcy levels and the severity of coronary artery lesions .Results Gensini score in research group was significantly higher than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05).Conclusions H type hypertension and serum Hcy levels may be a risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD), both two factors may lead to cardiovascular events .
