目的 探讨伏九天穴位贴敷对支气管哮喘患者免疫功能的影响. 方法 将45例支气管哮喘患者采用三伏+三九天进行穴位贴敷,3年为一疗程,观察治疗前后患者免疫功能及哮喘发作次数. 结果 治疗后患者血清IgE、CD4 +/CD8 +明显低于治疗前,血清IgG、IgA、IgM明显高于治疗前,患者哮喘发病率较治疗前明显减少,两者比较(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义. 结论 伏九天穴位贴敷有利于提高机体的免疫力,减少支气管哮喘的发作次数.

목적 탐토복구천혈위첩부대지기관효천환자면역공능적영향. 방법 장45례지기관효천환자채용삼복+삼구천진행혈위첩부,3년위일료정,관찰치료전후환자면역공능급효천발작차수. 결과 치료후환자혈청IgE、CD4 +/CD8 +명현저우치료전,혈청IgG、IgA、IgM명현고우치료전,환자효천발병솔교치료전명현감소,량자비교(P<0.01),차이유통계학의의. 결론 복구천혈위첩부유리우제고궤체적면역력,감소지기관효천적발작차수.
Objective To explore the effect of sticking acupoint on immune function of the patients with bronchial asthma on canicular days and coldest days .Methods 45 cases of patients with bronchial asthma had sticking acupoint on canicular days and coldest days , 3 years for a course .Observed the patients'immune function and the times of asthma attacks before and after treatment .Results After the treatment serum levels of IgE and CD4+/CD8+of patients were significant lower than that before treatment , serum levels of IgG , IgA and IgM were significant higher than that before treatment .The incidence of asthma reduced more significant than that before treatment ( P <0.01 ) .Conclusions Sticking acupoint on canicular days and coldest days will help improve the body's immune system , and reduce the times of episodes of bronchial asthma .
