目的:观察淡豆豉醇提物对D-半乳糖致衰模型小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法:将50只小鼠随机分为5组:致衰模型组腹腔注射D-半乳糖,空白对照组注射生理盐水,两组均用生理盐水灌胃;低、中、高剂量组腹腔注射D-半乳糖,并用不同剂量的淡豆豉醇提物灌胃。7周后测定血清和脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果:中、高剂量淡豆豉醇提物能提高血清和脑组织中SOD的活力,降低MDA水平。结论:淡豆豉醇提物具有较好的抗衰老作用。

목적:관찰담두시순제물대D-반유당치쇠모형소서적항쇠로작용。방법:장50지소서수궤분위5조:치쇠모형조복강주사D-반유당,공백대조조주사생리염수,량조균용생리염수관위;저、중、고제량조복강주사D-반유당,병용불동제량적담두시순제물관위。7주후측정혈청화뇌조직중초양화물기화매(SOD)화병이철(MDA)수평。결과:중、고제량담두시순제물능제고혈청화뇌조직중SOD적활력,강저MDA수평。결론:담두시순제물구유교호적항쇠로작용。
Objective:To observe the effect of dandouchi alcohol extract on aging mice induced by D- galactose anti-aging effect. Methods:Fifty mice were randomly divided into for five groups:induced aging model by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose, blank control group was injected with normal saline, two groups were used physiological saline by gavage;low, , the high dose group were intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose and with different doses of semen sojae praeparatum alcohol extract gavage. After 7 weeks, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and brain tissues were measured. Results:the high dose, dandouchi alcohol extract can improve the serum and brain tissue SOD activity, reduce the level of MDA. Conclusion:dandouchi alcohol extract has good anti-aging effect.
