目的：了解慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者的特点，为CHB防治提供更多的参考。方法：收治慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者7880例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：抗HBV治疗中单用替比夫定患者最多，其次为单用干扰素及单用恩替卡韦。一半以上的患者治疗后HBV-DNA可低于正常值下限。结论：临床工作中，应根据慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的特点选择合适的防治方案。

목적：료해만성을형병독성간염(CHB)환자적특점，위CHB방치제공경다적삼고。방법：수치만성을형병독성간염환자7880례，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：항HBV치료중단용체비부정환자최다，기차위단용간우소급단용은체잡위。일반이상적환자치료후HBV-DNA가저우정상치하한。결론：림상공작중，응근거만성을형병독성간염환자적특점선택합괄적방치방안。
Objective:To understand the characteristics of chronic hepatitis B(CHB) patients,and to provide more reference for the prevention and treatment of CHB.Methods:7 880 patients with chronic hepatitis B in outpatient services were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In anti HBV therapy,the patients with single telbivudine were the most,which was followed by the single interferon and single entecavir.After treatment,half of the patients with DNA-HBV were lower than the lower limit of normal values.Conclusion:In clinical work,we should choose the appropriate prevention and treatment program according to the characteristics of chronic hepatitis B patients.
