目的：探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗脑外伤癫痫的效果。方法：收治脑外伤癫痫患者50例，随机分为对照组与治疗组，对照组给予常规传统药物治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗。结果：治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗脑外伤癫痫具有较为显著的效果。

목적：탐토단타액산사기당신경절감지납치료뇌외상전간적효과。방법：수치뇌외상전간환자50례，수궤분위대조조여치료조，대조조급여상규전통약물치료，치료조재대조조기출상연합단타액산사기당신경절감지납치료。결과：치료조치료효과명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：단타액산사기당신경절감지납치료뇌외상전간구유교위현저적효과。
Objective:To investigate the effect of monosialo four hexose ganglioside sodium in the treatment of cerebral trauma. Methods:50 patients with brain traumatic epilepsy were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were given the conventional drug treatment,and the treatment group were given the monosialo four hexose ganglioside sodium treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Monosialo four hexose ganglioside sodium in the treatment of brain traumatic epilepsy has significant effect.
