目的：探讨高压氧对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：收治急性脑梗死患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。两组均给予常规药物治疗，观察组增加高压氧治疗。对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果：观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：高压氧治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，可明显改善神经功能障碍，提高患者生存质量，改善预后。

목적：탐토고압양대급성뇌경사적료효。방법：수치급성뇌경사환자120례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조60례。량조균급여상규약물치료，관찰조증가고압양치료。대량조림상료효진행비교。결과：관찰조료효명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：고압양치료급성뇌경사료효현저，가명현개선신경공능장애，제고환자생존질량，개선예후。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The two groups were given conventional drugs treatment.The observation group were increased hyperbaric oxygen treatment.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a significant curative effect.It can obviously improve the neurological dysfunction,improve the life quality of patients and improve the prognosis.
