目的：探讨优化静脉药物配置中心流程对药学服务工作的影响，以提高工作效率和减少排药的差错率。方法：选取2009年4月-2011年6月静脉药物配置中心流程为优化前组，另选2011年6月-2013年8月为优化后组，进行资料回顾分析。结果：优化后每天的审方、排药、配药及核发量明显高于优化前，总的差错发生率低于优化前(P＜0.05)。结论：优化静脉药物配置中心流程可以提高工作效率和减少排药的差错率，从而提高药学服务工作的效果。

목적：탐토우화정맥약물배치중심류정대약학복무공작적영향，이제고공작효솔화감소배약적차착솔。방법：선취2009년4월-2011년6월정맥약물배치중심류정위우화전조，령선2011년6월-2013년8월위우화후조，진행자료회고분석。결과：우화후매천적심방、배약、배약급핵발량명현고우우화전，총적차착발생솔저우우화전(P＜0.05)。결론：우화정맥약물배치중심류정가이제고공작효솔화감소배약적차착솔，종이제고약학복무공작적효과。
Objective:To explore the effect of optimizing the procedure in intravenous drug distribution center on pharmaceutical care work,to improve work efficiency and reduce the error rate of drug delivery.Methods:The procedure in intravenous drug distribution center from April 2009 to June 2011 was selected as the before optimization group.The procedure in intravenous drug distribution center from June 2011 to August 2013 was selected as the after optimization group.Data were retrospectively analyzed. Results:After optimization,the audit prescription,dispensing medicine and issuance volume every day was significantly higher than that before optimization;the total error occurrence rate was lower than before optimization(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the procedure in intravenous drug distribution center can improve the work efficiency and reduce the error rate,so as to improve the effect of pharmaceutical care work.
