人工髋、膝关节置换术是治疗髋膝关节终末期疾病的有效方式，但术后常出现血红蛋白下降程度与显性失血不符的现象，这是由于隐性失血所导致的。隐性失血是髋、膝关节置换术后贫血的主要原因，可严重影响临床疗效，且易被忽视。目前对于其机制尚不十分清楚。本文就全髋关节置换及全膝关节置换术后隐性失血的发生机制、影响因素进行综述，以期为髋、膝关节置换术后的治疗和预防提供一定的帮助。

Artificial hip and knee arthroplasty are the effective treatment for the treatment of the end-stage disease of the hip and knee joint,however,after operation,the degree of hemoglobin decline is not consistent with the dominant hemorrhage,which is due to the hidden blood loss.The hidden blood loss is the main reason for anemia,it can seriously affect the clinical curative effect, and it is easy to be ignored.At present,its mechanism is not very clear.In this paper the author summarizes the mechanism and the influencing factors of the hidden blood loss after total knee arthroplasty and total knee arthroplasty,to provide a certain help for the treatment and prevention after hip knee replacement surgery.
