通过对《医林改错》逐瘀辈方用药及组方特点进行分析，可见王清任治疗瘀血药物多选辛温入肝之品，是通过调肝理气而达到活血祛瘀的目的；辨证以三焦辨和表里辨证相结合，根据病位不同选用具有相应特性的引经及活血药，组方灵活，选药精当，体现了王清任气血同治的逐瘀思想和分部辨治的治瘀思路。对其上下通三焦，表里达内外的立体逐瘀理论及组方规律进行探讨和总结，可为临床瘀血一证的灵活辨治和组方遣药提供学习和借鉴的依据。

The medications for removing stasis and characters of formulas in Yi Lin Gai Cuo(《医林改错》)were analyzed. It was found that Wang Qingren often chose the pungent and warm herbs,acting on the liver to remove stasis via regulating liver qi and activating blood circulation. Pattern differentiations of Sanjiao and exterior and interior were used in combination. The correspond meridian - guiding and blood activation herbs were used according to the location of sickness and the herbs were combined flexibly. In the treatment, qi and blood were treated simultaneously and the regional differentiation was considered. The three - dimen-sional theory for promoting three jiao and communicating the exterior and interior,as well as the rules of for-mulas were discussed and summarized,which provide the reference and evidence for the flexible treatment and formula combination in clinical treatment of blood stasis.
