采用静态挂片失重法和电化学法研究了一种新型铜用复合型缓蚀剂的配方,即苯并三氮唑(BTA)、钨酸钠、钼酸钠、硅酸钠复配对紫铜在5%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用.正交实验结果表明,当BTA80mg/L,钨酸钠20mg/L,钼酸钠40mg/L,硅酸钠60mg/L时,四元复配的效果最好,此时失重法测得的缓蚀效率为92.11%.极化曲线和交流阻抗谱数据表明,BTA能够吸附在铜的表面形成一层不溶性保护膜,同时钨酸钠、钼酸钠、硅酸钠能够与铜生成络合物沉淀在铜电极表面,进一步阻碍了电荷的转移,起到了一定的缓蚀作用.

A new corrosion inhibitor formulation(BTA, Na2WO4, Na2MoO4, Na2SiO3)was studied on copper in 5% NaCl solution by weight loss method and electrochemical method.Theorthogonal experiment results show that the best formulation isBTA80mg/L, Na2WO420mg/L, Na2MoO440mg/L and Na2SiO360mg/L,theinhibition efficiency is 92.11%.Polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) show that BTA absorbs on copper surface andNa2WO4, Na2MoO4, Na2SiO3reacts with copper,both of them obstruct the movement ofelectron.
