采用大体积进样针进样(每针进样量10μL) ,气相色谱一质谱法测定了地表水中5种有机氯化合物.结果表明:仪器检出检出限为0.11μg /L~0.17μg /L,方法检出限0.0011μg /L~0.0017μg /L,分离效果好,灵敏度高,精密度和准确度良好. 对比国标HJ699-2014 检出限更低,有机试剂消耗更少,更适合测定痕量级有机氯化合物.

The article uses large volume injection needle to do the injection ( Each needle has the amount of 10μL) and adopts gas chromatography -mass spectrometry to deter mine the five kinds of organochlorine compounds in sur-face water.Detection instrument's detection limit is between 0.11μg /L and 0.17μg /L,and the method's detection limit is between 0.0011μg /L and 0.0017μg /L.The separation effect,sensitivity,precision and accuracy all reach a high level.Compared with GB HJ699-2014,the article su mmarizes that this method is more suitable for the deter mination of trace levels of organochlorine compounds for the advantages of lower detection limit and less organic rea -gent's consumption .
